Freeair AZ Nasal Spray is a prescription combination medicine used to manage symptoms of allergic rhinitis. It helps relieve nasal congestion, sneezing, itching, and a runny or stuffy nose caused by seasonal or year-round allergies.
How It Works
Freeair AZ contains two active ingredients:
- Fluticasone furoate is a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and swelling inside the nasal passages.
- Azelastine is an antihistamine that blocks histamine, a substance responsible for allergic symptoms such as sneezing, itching and a runny nose.
Together, they provide relief from nasal allergy symptoms and make breathing more comfortable.

Freeair AZ Nasal Spray may help relieve:
- Sneezing caused by allergies
- Runny or stuffy nose
- Nasal itching
- Nasal congestion
- Symptoms of seasonal or perennial allergic rhinitis
Directions for Use
Use this medicine only in the dose and for the duration prescribed by your doctor.
- Shake the bottle before use.
- Gently clean your nose.
- Keep your head upright and insert the nozzle into one nostril.
- Close the other nostril and direct the spray slightly outward, away from the nasal septum.
- Spray while breathing in gently.
- Repeat in the other nostril if instructed.
- Wipe the nozzle and replace the cap after use.
Do not inhale deeply, as this may cause the medicine to flow into the throat. Do not share the spray bottle with anyone.

Common side effects may include:
- Altered or bitter taste
- Nosebleeds
- Headache
- Nasal dryness or irritation
- Drowsiness in some people
